  Trinidad a is beautiful Spanish colonial town with cobbled streets and colourful buildings.  It is also close to a nature reserve, where we hiked up to the Jivara Waterfall

 Limestone hill in Vinales      Viñales is famous for its stunning limestone hills - much like Halong Bay in Vietnam, but on land.  This part of the country also has many tobacco plantations.  We saw a farmer roll a perfect cigar - amazing
